If you have consumer debt that has gotten to the point of collection, charge-offs, calls from debt collectors, wage garnishments, repossessions, or other abusive collection practices companies resort to, this course is for you! It will teach you how to dispute the debt, request verification of the debt, and determine if you have any claims against the debt collector based on violations of your consumer rights.

Additionally, you will learn how to draft and present letters to collectors to establish possible defenses to the debt.

Course #4 : Negotiation Settlements

Did you know that most cases that get filed never make it to trial? Most times than not, settlements can resolve a case before it even gets put in front of a judge or jury.
